When I first met Maya I was in a hard spot with my relationship with food and my physical/mental health was suffering. She met me with compassion, truth, encouragement, and science. Through each appointment I learned more and more about myself and how to unlearn patterns and behaviors that no longer benefited me. I needed someone with expert knowledge and practical experience to guide me as I attempted to unravel a pretty tangled mess I found myself in. Iโ€™m finally in a place now where I can say that health is my priority, not a number on the scale or my pant size. I feel strong, capable of making good food choices, and finally feel the freedom I needed. Maya is all about being honest with yourself and finding sustainability. She truly cares about the individual and their personal health journey. Couldnโ€™t recommend Maya enough and this organization more!
