NOTE: These items will be picked up by those who need them next Monday, December 1st, which is why many of the suggestions below lean toward frozen or shelf-stable, rather than fresh.

If you prefer to drop off food, here are items that will help them build complete meals with protein at breakfast, lunch, and dinner:

All food donations can be dropped off at the Gilbert office on:
- Wednesday, Nov 26: 11am โ 6pm
- Friday Nov 28: 8am โ 3pm
โ(Drop-offs outside these windows cannot be accepted.)
Protein Options:
- Eggs
- Frozen Chicken breasts or thighs
- Frozen Ground turkey or ground beef
- Canned tuna or chicken
- Tofu or tempeh
- Frozen Turkey sausage or chicken sausage
- Nut butters
Breakfast-Friendly Items:
- Oatmeal packets (low sugar)
- Greek yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- Frozen whole-grain bread or English muffins
Lunch & Dinner Staples:
- Rice or quinoa
- Pasta and pasta sauce
- Tortillas or wraps
- Canned beans
- Frozen vegetables
- Fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli, greens, cucumbers, peppers)
- Ready-made soups or chilis
- Cooking oils or spices
Every contribution โ big or small โ helps support these families with real nourishment and care.
