Hi friend, We want you to meet the dietitian behind some of the wisdom you'll be soaking up β literally. Taylor Kennedy, MPH, RDN, LDN. Taylor took the long way into nutrition. She spent a few years in finance before realizing her real passion was helping people heal through food. She earned her Master's in Public Health with a focus in nutrition from Northern Arizona University, and today she specializes in functional nutrition and gut health β which means she spends a lot of her week helping people figure out why their digestion feels off and what to actually do about it. Her philosophy? All foods can be part of a healthy diet. No restriction, no rigid rules β just real strategies that work in real life.
