Hi friend,
Do you ever think or feel like you just don't have the motivation? Or, struggle with being consistent?
Some of us wait for motivation before going to the gym.
And some of us are still waiting. ๐
Motivation is like my cat Lemon. She shows up when SHE wants to. Usually, right when I'm trying to work. (see evidence below)
Here's what I learned after years of being inconsistent with my health -
You gotta do the thing FIRST. Then motivation shows up fashionably late.
It's backwards from what we think.
We think: Get motivated โ Take action โ Get results
Reality is: Take action โ Build momentum โ Feel motivated
