β Southwest Dietitian Group is phenomenal, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in developing their diet related goals (and I do recommend them, often lol). I have been working with SDG for a little over three months, and I have lost 35 pounds towards my 70 pounds weight loss goal. This was accomplished through careful and competent coaching from my dietician Maya, education that did not feel belittling, and regular sessions to ensure I was aware of how to approach food and my goals. I look forward to touching base with SDG when my appointment comes up, and I feel liberated having such a knowledgeable source to answer my questions.
