Must-Try Veggie Dishes for Turkey Day🦃

I had my first visit with Tiffany. She is very knowledgeable and gives great information. She also explains it in a way that is understandable. We came up with a couple of goals for me in the next couple of weeks and I’ll be back for my visit. I’m trying to lower my cholesterol as well as lose weight but do it in a healthy and consistent manner where the results stay.
